About as good as ski gloves get.

I've got quite a few high end ski gloves. BD, OR, MH, TNF and these. Attention to detail and construction are top notch. Materials are bomb proof and after 50, days they are nicely broken in. 200 days durability wouldn't be a stretch. I like the removable liners, and the fact they aren't Goretex. When temps fluctuate from the teens to about thirty, your hands can sweat and the Gortex doesn't quite breathe as well as you might like, even the XCR. Then, when the temps go down, your hands get cold. These don't suffer that problem. The tall gauntlets with easy to pull cinches keep out the snow and wind and excellent idiot cords are great on the chair lift. If you need extreme cold protection, get the three finger of mitten version and you'll be set. If you have really cold hands, you'll need down filled mittens with waterproof shells but we're talking COLD like -10f and colder.
