I purchased these 2 jackets for my daughters. They were delivered within the time frame given. my daughter realized the jacket was too small. I called right away, because she was leaving for college and wanted to take it with her. I am sorry i do not remember the Young ladies' name I spoke with. I will tell you she was polite and courteous and understood my need to have this jacket quick. She upgraded my shipping free of charge. My daughter had this jacket in her hands the night before she left for school. You guys are great! would not hesitate to order from you again! Keep up the great work!
