Not bad, but you need to find the right mixture of water. The specified one cup is too much, and when I've tried to scale it back slightly it seems too dry. Good in a pinch and great on tortillas, but look for the breakfast skillet. It's WAY better.

I used it this weekend and believe it was a fine product. The amount of water called for on the directions makes them to mushy. So I did it by eye, they came out perfect and the bacon was crunchy. The size of the packet does not take up much space in your pack either.
