I ordered the black Denali Jacket with bright pink zippers, when I opened my package I was shocked to see the zipperes werent all pink. The chest and pocket zippers were pink but the main zipper than runs down the middle of the jacket was not, it was black. That was a big let down for me, as the bright pink colored zippers were the main reason for this purchase. When I spoke with a customer service rep, he said North Face was notorious for posting pics of merchandise with different colored zippers than the original. He was going to get the image changed but when buying online you only have the image to go by so I was a little dissapointed with my first experience here.

did you ever get the black with pink zips? I've been looking all over the place for my daughter, she'd need a small.
