meh..not impressed

was not that impressed. I have used this bag in two different cold environments where wetness was involved. Bag is not the least bit resistant to weather. Condensation on Mt Shasta soaked thru half way thru the night, and similar experience in the Smokies in winter as well. The Footwell also does not seem to keep warmth very well. Looking to offload the bag now.
in both cases I was in < 10degree weather. This bag is well suited for dry and 15 degrees.. (and I sleep VERY warm).

Sorry Dan, but I beg to differ. The Montbell Super Spiral Down Hugger #0 (650 Fill down) DOES IN FACT have a 25 Wash DWR coating. You or any of the others who are interested in knowing the specifications of this bag can see it on MontBell's website here: http://www.montbell.us/products/disp.php ?cat_id=797&p_id=2321208. Simply click on the TechSpecs tab and see for yourself. "Know thy product....know thy self" - namaste.

this a down bag, with no DWR treatment on the outside. Not meant for moist conditions. Check out the synthetic version.
