These are excellent trail running shoes. I've gone on up to 15 mile runs on rough single track in them, with no hot spots or discomfort. Lightweight, feel very stable. The sole is quite flexible, which I actually like, it makes me feel a bit more agile on rocky trails then some of the stiffer-soled running shoes. I got the same size as I typically wear in Asics, and they fit perfect.
