foldable?...check. lightweight?...check. can use them to eat food stuffs?...check. got the spoon and the fork because because most sporks suck as forks. the colors on this website are a little off. the orange is a little darker and less yellow. but who really cares what color their eating utensils are? i am not trying to win the award for coolest utensil. when unfolded, they are a couple-three inches longer than the forks and spoons in your drawer at home. makes them good for stirring down deep in the pot to prevent sticking (which is why i bought them). they are all plastic, and i was a bit worried about the hinge holding up with heavy use, but those worries so far seem to be unfounded. no problems with melting when in contact with the bottom of the pot, but i have not held them over an open flame (which i am assuming is not their intended use anyway). no complaints. for 5 chucks, i will buy them again if they ever fail.
