Sweet shorts but way too small.

I have a 31" waist and I ordered a 32". They were Saturday Night Fever tight... had to return them. Too bad as they're well made and have a cool cut.
Follow up:
I ordered the 34" and they fit like a 32" and hug my buttocks just right.
