The Khumbu is warm and seems to block the wind well. The fit is roomy - I can't see using this as a technical jacket, but I bought it for everyday use, so it fits my needs well. The workmanship is excellent, and there are many nice details such as zip pockets and hem drawstring.
The only downside is that the jacket sheds a lot of fiber onto whatever it is being worn over. Hopefully that will diminish after a few washings.
