Gear Review
Solid lightweight bivy
By Jay Creech
Ranked #41 - Bivy Sacks

I bought this bivy for travel in Central America. I slept in it a few times and I stayed mostly dry through a heavy tropical rain during the night and the material breathed fairly well in hot and dry tropical areas. It was an ideal set up considering its light weight and packability. Since there is no pole or internal support, it can be challenging to set it up so that it is not resting on your face.
