Took this bag on a Girl Scout trip, it was about 35 degrees the first night, I was a little bit cold, but I realized I kept my damp socks on. I ordered the long bag as I am 6 feet tall, there is quite a bit of room at the bottom and it is wide enough for me to move my legs and turn around. My favorite bit about the bag is way it wraps around my head and keeps my head warm.
