i really enjoy this pot, but I only take it if I am the trip leader and if I am cooking for a couple of people who do not have their own cook sets.
When I pack for just myself I use the GSI minimalist. Its the same material, same company, but only holds 2cups of water. Which is great for just myself.
GSI makes a great product, I have had this pot for a few years and I only carry one bowl in the pot, plus my fuel canister, stove, and a few other small necessities.
I would totally recommend this to purchase for family trips or cooking for many people.
