Ranked #343 - Men's Winter Boots and Shoes
April 24, 2011
The shoe's we received didn't match the photo of what was online at Back Country. Several phone calls later this was blamed on North Face, which we fill was wrong. The picture that was online, was the exact same shoe as we saw at REI. That's why we bought it. We believe the shoe we were sent was older.
My husband isn't happy, but he wanted the shoe that was originally on the website. Buyer beware.
When we said the shoe fit, but it wasn't what we bought, and verified by several persons at BackCountry. You would think they would have reduced the price, or something. Its 82 degrees today, so the shoes are brand new, haven't been warn, but we aren't happy. We are big supporters of North Face.
