Nice Pack for Ski Mountaineering
By JustLiveForLife
Ranked #480 - Weekend Packs (3000-4500 cu in)
April 14, 2011
I used this pack for ski mountaineering trips, and it is great... Holds up well against wear and tear, and the detachable hip pack is nice for packing snacks/lunch for day trips. It performed well in the cold weather and size is great for holding bulky cold weather gear... and makes a great door for your snow cave :)
I only wish that it had pockets on the hip-belt for easier access to compass and snacks. I have not used it for warmer weather adventures though, as I have the Aura with the Airspeed for that...
