Ranked #196 - 3-Season Tents
March 26, 2011
I took this tent on a recent backpacking trip through the Roan highlands and I could not have been happier with its performance. Held heat well tent was noticeably warmer in the am inside than outside and is extremely easy and quick to set up. We got caught in a wild thunderstorm and the tent held up to 40+ mph gusts of wind and torrential rain and didnt leak or accumulate any mostiure inside. Vestibule is tight but is large enough for two 6 day packs. Not the largest tent but fit two people no problem. Light and packs down small and the rain fly dries out quickly. I used a Gortext footprint so that may have helped with the water. Overall extremely happy with this tent and would recommend it to anyone.
