Perfect fit. Sleeves are plenty long enough for my long arms. I am 5'7, 135lbs. Length falls just above my hips. Color is a taupy/cocoa color which I don't mind because it is a neutral color and I got it on sale. I haven't washed it yet, so I don't know if it will loose its softness like my other North Face, but it is super soft now.
