first one defective

overall i like this watch. i picked one up when backcountry.com dropped a 20 gift card on me over the holidays. however, the first one i got was defective and would reset every couple of days. i first contact deuce about the issue but they never responded. backcountry, on the other hand, immediately sent me a replacement watch.

hopefully other people don't have the same resetting issue. the moral of this story is that backcountry.com takes care of its customers.

well u were LUCKY,couldn't help me cuz lost reciept...I'm stuck with a gift that the time piece pops out...completely defective and also MADE IN CHINA!!.People PLEASE buy American!! My 2 yr old could put together...cheap parts, why send all the way from china?
