Just to give you guys a heads up, the specs on these pants are wrong about the pockets. It does not have 2 front, nor 2 back. It has only one pocket - on the right leg like in the picture.
I was pretty disappointed after being pretty excited to receive these pants today. I'm still debating whether or not I can find a way to get by with just that pocket. I was really hoping to get some multi-use out of these pants: outdoor excursions + around town / on campus. But the one pocket is so small it'll probably just fit a wallet; which leaves me holding my keys and phone all day long. So much for that idea...

On the lack of pockets... as a climber, I really don't mind. Heaven forbid I leave something in my pocket (like my folding knife) that could become dislodged during a climb and harm my gear or--even worse--my belay. I'm all for crossover fashion for backcountry-to-office days; it's trendy and not having to buy extra pants saves money. But everything I need will fit in a small pocket or in my backpack. I have these pants coming in any day now. We'll see if I encounter the same problems. Happy trails!
