i have both the venture and the resolve, the resolve is a bit warmer but this is "more waterproof" but i prefer the resolve

Coincidently I am comparing these two jackets for all around use for wind, wet and mild cold weather, since I live here in Brazil. I thought that the Resolve would be a better option because of the mesh line inside (to keep a layer between skin/clothes and the jacket), especially if wearing a t-shirt. But I did not like the elastic wrist closure, comparing to the Velcro wrist on the Venture. The Venture does not have a mesh line inside, but I am not sure if that would bother or is uncomfortable when wearing it. Could you please give me a hand here? Right now I am tending to go for the Venture (especially because of the wrist Velcro). But, let's hear yours... TKS
