Great coat for storm (and non storm) days on the hill. I take it touring lots on those days when it is puking outside and I will need to layer with a puffy and goretex. With this coat I take one less layer. Ventilation is amazing with the cross flow vents, fabric is tough, zippers are burly, features are great. It is a little on the heavy side for pure touring, but I just zipped out the balaclava hood, and cut out the powder skirt to save a little weight and bulk.
