Pretty Color but Fits Weird for Tall Skinny People

I ordered the empire blue color which is gorgeous, but the fit of the jacket just doesn't work for me. I am 5'8, 110lb. This jacket is too short in terms of the torso portion while the sleeves are way too baggy. When I wear it, my arms look like borrowed from someone else!
