As far as Desert Pucker goes, i would not consider it lightweight. The Model/polyester is rather thick and very soft and comfortable. Much more durable then some lightweight poly tech shirts. I am sure the short sleeve would do in warm weather.
I thought the fit was pretty normal, but a little short. I got a Medium and am about 5'10". The cut on it is for wearing out, if you try to tuck it in, it may not stay there.
