Gear Review
Great versatile day pack!

Pros:
- AirSpeed vent is the best! I never had any other packs works like this one.
- Contour fits so snuggly that I still want to carry it at home.
- Trekking pole straps are very convenient. With other packs, I had to take my pack off first and put poles into side straps, with this one I can easily secure the poles while walking.
- Very versatile. The compression straps on top can be loosened and clip into opposite side. Compression straps at bottom can be loosened and put in sleeping pads.
Cons:
- Somehow all the zippers on the pack are hard to unzip with one hand, even with the pockets on belt.
- Side pockets for water bottle are impossible to reach without taking off the pack (at least taking off one should strap). It could be better designed.
- There should be small hook or strap or something in the hydration pocket to hold bladder in place. My bladder will simply "sink" to the bottom.
Overall speaking it's a great multi-function pack. With the hydration pocket this pack is almost one-pack-for-all!

In mine there is a small frabric loop to hang the badder from. It's located up behind the lining of the sunglasses pocket and works fine at holding the bladder up.

Has anyone else had the same problem with hydration bladders sinking to the bottom of their Stratos packs? Did elt4447786 ever find a way to rig their pack so their water bladder doesn't slump to the bottom? Also, it looks as though the tool attachment can only support 1 ice axe. Does anyone know if it can support 2? How tight can this pack compress for minimal gear carry on a short hiking day trip? Does a light-weight Stratos pack carry well?
