Too slim in the hip area

The jacket was beautiful, but unfortunately it was cut too slim in the hips. I'm not overly hippy, and usually wear a 12/14, so I had hoped the large would work well, but alas it did not. So reluctantly I had to return it. Sleeves seemed a bit long too, but I could have lived with that.

I agree. I am also a size 12 and a large is usually big enough. The large was too tight in the hip area. I got an extra large and the sleeves are long but not too long. It is roomy but oh-so-warm!

Hey Sue, Did you try the patagonia sweater jacket. It fits different and has great reviews.
