non non stick

Ranked #192 - Pots and Pans - Titanium

Its a really light weight and well built set but the thing really isn't non stick. I don't know if its just my set but I tried cooking various foods on the lid/pan and everything stuck to the bottom and and it was kind of a pain to remove. I don't know why this is...seeing as how titanium should be naturally non stick. Anyone else have similar experiences?

i did. the key for me with rice, pasta, stews, etc... was nearly constant stirring...or low heat and occasional stirring. i also own the smaller version of this set (sac purchases both)...same problem. i just dont cook anything dry in it (would never think about cooking an egg), stir a lot, and keep a close eye on it.
