Warmest Jacket

i purchased this coat for Christmas for my daughter in the brown. She lives and works in the windy cold city of Chicago. She loves the warmth and style of the jacket. I ordered her a large for room for sweaters etc. Fit great. There is one slight problem with the zipper splitting open at times when it should be secure. Not sure why???
