Ranked #651 - Men's Ski Jackets

I bought this jacket after much deliberation. I like inside pockets, and only a couple are listed here. The jacket actually has a small stuff it pocket with a snap closure and another small stuff it pocket in addition to the pockets listed in the description. Perfect. I wear a medium in almost every jacket I own (I'm 5"10" 155)but the medium in this jacket is way big, so I ended up with the small, which still left plenty of room for layering... I wore the jacket for 6 days straight skiing in Breck with the temp ranging from -36F to 20F, in dumping snow as well as heavy wind and the jacket was awesome. I skied the trees and the jacket is bombproof, and wind and water did not penetrate. As good as any Gore Tex jacket I have owned, without the price tag. The Chest to waist venting was convenient for reaching inner pockets and much easier to see and maneuver than pit zips. Powder skirt did its job. This jacket shows the same great quality that OR puts into all its mountaineering and outdoor products. As an aside, Backountry is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, the return policy, as well as the customer service and CARE! is outstanding. The reps went out of there way to ensure that I recieved my small jacket before I went on my trip after finding the medium way too big. Jacket and Backcountry both winners.
