I've just come inside from using the Petzl Tactikka Plus Headlamp for the third time this month to light the way while I used my snowblower to clear my 200+-foot driveway in the dark! Never intended this use when I purchased it after New Year's, but it's perfect for putting light where I need it, whether it's several yards ahead or straight down while I shift gears. I expect to use it for a host of outdoor activities such as hiking, geocaching or bicycling, but the snow clearing was an unexpected bonus. I have yet to use the colored lens for night vision -- I need the bright light for the snow job. I recommend it. Snowblower not included.
