Like the Thunder Down jacket, which I also love, this is a great piece, either alone on warmer days or under a jacket for extra warmth. It is thin enough that it easily fits under my ski jacket on super cold days and is light and comfortable alone. It does run a little big though. I bought a Med, same as the jacket, and had to exchange it for a Small. If you are between sizes, definitely order down.
