I'm 5'11 and 170 pounds the medium is a perfect fit. The coat is everything it is cracked up to be. It works great in the wind, rain, and the freezing cold. I was out in -17 degree weather yesterday and my core stayed super warm. People say that the zipper on this coat gets stuck alot, but I haven't had that problem yet.
