Just okay...

These headphones are ok for sitting around in, but my experience doing any kind of activity (sans beanie) wearing these...including looking up/down - they shift position and constantly need to be re-positioned.
This could be due to my pea-brain sized head,but....... I don't think so. Anyways, sound is decent.
