Great Layering Option

I bought this jacket to use as layering on backpacking trips in conditions varying from 20 degrees and snowy to chilly mornings in the desert before the temperature ramped up to 80. It worked in every condition I wanted it to. Durable enough as well. This fit my purpose great as it is a lightweight layer that provides plenty of warmth for what it is. I have also taken to wearing it around town in the fall/spring when it's not raining, and I wear it under a hard shell when it does rain.
