hope its a defective unit

As soon as I started using them the music continuously came in and out, it seems to be a problem with the mute button being way to sensitive, I keep it on the inside of my jacket on my suspenders and the bouncing from moguls causes the button to push in, will try to return hoping it is just a defective unit!!

I had the same problem but I solved it with getting a normal aux cable to connect my mp3 to them
