Great Concept Needs Better Execution

I love my non heater Hestra gloves. However the Heater seems to have its problems. I purchased these for my wife and unfortunately she is on her third pair in three weekends. The heating of the glove seems to work as promissed however the construction is lacking. The first pair was returned due to problems with charging wires fraying. The second pair was returned due to the wrist cuff separating from the glove after only one day of use. We were lucky enough to have a ski shop near the mountain that carries a good supply of the glove, however they have now exhausted their supply of size 7. It's a great idea and I can vouch for the quality of Heliski glove, but this one is a work in process.
