Great color and weight, fit a little odd

I like the jacket a lot, it's a good weight, does a great job of blocking the wind, and the color is fantastic. This is my first softshell, I've owned a couple of other fleeces and shells from TNF, and the material is definitely a lot stiffer than I imagined. The one issue I had with it is that the fit is a little strange. I'm 5'9" and about 160 lbs. I originally bought this jacket in a medium, which is the size I usually wear. When it arrived, it was too tight across the chest, so I exchanged it for a large. The large fits across the chest, but the arms are pretty long, not necessarily a bad thing but the waist is a bit boxier than I'd like and the collar sits pretty high, and since it's pretty stiff, can be a little hard to navigate. I probably would've been better off in a medium with the exception of the chest. Overall though, I'm happy with it, and get compliments on the color all the time.
