I like Mountain House Chili Mac with Beef, but I like it even more when I doctor it up. A little hot sauce and some fresh ramps from the trail and I have myself a mighty fine meal. If I have some extra tortillas I add them into the mix also, and if I'm really feeling crazy add I some cheese..!!
I eat both servings myself so the calorie in-take(560) and protein (28g) are both good. I would reccomend Chili Mac w/Beef, but don't be surprised if no one wants to share a tent with you afterwards.
