sick jacket

Have had this for a few weeks and it has performed well into the low 20s. Haven't experienced anything worse in it yet. As others have mentioned the outer material seems really thin but only time will tell if this is going to be a problem. The two chest pockets have somewhat strange cuts. Rather than stopping at the outer edge of your pectoral they continue all the way under your arm pit. Hasn't bothered me yet but could see this being an issue with certain items. One of my favorite features is that the whole jacket stuffs into it's own inner chest pocket. All packet up it is approximately 8*8*6 inches for size medium and if you have a stuff sack could be packed even smaller. I am 5'10" and about 145 pounds. The medium fits both over and under my hardshell so I can wear it as a quick layer over my hardshell for longer breaks on high aerobic activities or under it for extremely cold conditions. The waist draw strings can be tightened from the hand warmer pockets and seem to be solid construction. Occasionally the front zipper takes some effort to get started but seems well built and can be zipped open from the bottom to dump some heat. Would have some difficulty getting the hood over a helmet but is quite adjustable giving it a nice snug fit that blocks drafts with ease.
