It's a snowboard tool, it tightens screw. Not that complicated. However the compartment that holds all of the bits is garbage. On the third time using this tool the "well" came unglued from the rest of the driver while i was unscrewing the lid. Because of this it fell out of the driver and into the snow, spilling all the bits all over the place. So if you want some bits go look around the top of Silver Fork.
