Got a pair of these for a friend who has been having trouble finding the right pair of soft boots. Her feet felt great (which is why this product gets two stars and not one), however, on her second run down the mountain, a shoelace snapped out of its binding and we had to tie it around the boot just so that she could get down the slope without twisting her ankle. My 3-yr old Salomon boots = 1, overpriced Burton = 0. Will never buy Burton stuff again.
