Gear Review
Very Nice

I weigh 280 pound without any gear on. I top 300 with clothes, water, and a day pack. Bought the 30 inch style. I wear size 13 Sorel Caribou boots and the bindings fit, just barely. I don't think a bigger boot would work. I wanted to get Sorel Glaciers but they are too bulky for snow shoes when in a 13. I wear gators over my sorels to keep the snow out. I love the bindings. Easy on, easy off. I sink a few inches in fresh powder, but the float on the snowshoes allows me to stay on top of the snow. Not a good snowshoe of sidehilling. They are a little wide in that respect and don't have cleats on the sides of the snowshoes. I definitely recommend for trail hiking and hills, just not a steep side hill.
