made in vietnam (and apparently sized to fit there)

thought this was a safe purchase since my dad always wears large, but he could barely get it over his head. says it's the smallest large he's ever tried on. he thought it might even be a mislabeled medium. the red color is nice, but it's sort of scratchy and not that soft. very disappointed.
