Gear Review
It fits! The Antifreeze actually fits! Thank you Montane!

Ranked #993 - Women's Down Jackets

I could never find a down jacket. The popular ones all had super slim hips, weirdly gaping necks, big floppy biceps, arms with no mobility.
The Antifreeze is cut longer, the hips are wider, the neck is smaller, and while the sleeves are narrower, they manage to have MORE insulation. A jacket that keeps my arms warm? And I can move? Thank You Montane.
Its so much easier to stay warm in a jacket that fits. Plus the cuffs, bottom hem, Waist, and NECK are all adjustable! There mustve been a woman on the design team.
So far the AF is light and warm and weather resistant. Im happiest when wearing this jacket under a shell or other jacket (in the 20's during the blizzard). I dont stay warm enough with the AF alone especially after dark.
Maybe thats just me. Im usually freezing. I get warm enough in my jacket combos that I have even unzipped to avoid overheating. For me thats a first.
The sizing matches Montane's chart. The cherry is red-ish not pink-ish.
Nitpicks--
My zipper is sewn a little crooked, but it works just fine.
When worn on its own theres a cold spot on the tops of my shoulders--thats probably typical of down jackets though.
If you have a truly wide neck, beware, this jacket may not work for you.
