bad club outfit

This review is pretty much the same as my one for the bottoms, this top looks way stupid. If you ever peel down, and take off your jacket so this is all you had on, you would get laughed off the mountain. It looks like a bad club outfit. It looks like you're wearing fishnet. Whoever said these would by warmer than icebreakers, is high on crack. These have holes in the chest. That means nothing between you and you're outerlayer. While this idea may seem cool for say spring skiing, you would be better off with no layer or a thin layer. In the winter, these would be terrible. Go for a light layer for spring or a different medium layer for all around. Save your money and don't buy or buy another top

Mathias is right on with his remark. You also can put another layer under it and it becomes wickedly warm. This is very versatile top.

I guess I can't argue with the "bad club outfit" post regarding appearance and possibly even the potential lack of warmth for skiing; I think it's a great baselayer for anything where you're really working to get up the hill (backcountry, climbing, backpacking) and not just riding down it.

the clue is to wear another layer prefrably tight betwen the odin and your outerlayer.. i can guarante that you wount get cold in this shirt.. used it when i was skiing the Pyramids mountains on Svalbard (aprox 80 degres north) had no problem whatzoever..
