I bought this jacket because I wanted something to wear to break the chill but not roast me. This is not a super warm jacket. It does repel water well and it is a stretchy fabric that gives with your every move.
I wear it more as a non-technical or casual jacket.

Pug, thanks for the comment but if you read my review I state the reason I bought it is because it is NOT a warm jacket and that is exactly what I wanted.

This is a soft shell. It's not supposed to be warm unless you wear a insualting layer under it.
