This is one of my favorites. MH meals are in general, high in sodium. But remember, if you're backpacking for a week and only drinking water that you gather and purify along the way, you're losing a lot of salt from your body through perspiation and other bodily functions.
Always give any freeze-dried meal a little extra time to reconstitute, unless you like your meat crunchy.
