I am ordering my second. I got a brown one last year---am wearing it so often I have opted for another color. I am 5'5" and weigh 133. It hits above the knee, not very nipped in at the waist but doesn't make you look like an absolute "tank" either. I do work out---the shoulders and upper arms are not too tight---just enough room to move and layer. I ordered a small. I think it runs slightly large but then that allows for layering. I normally wear a large 4 or small 6 and this is perfect. Great coat. Will keep you warm in freezing temperatures but you shouldn't count on it totally without some other layers. Out and about in Alabama with 25 degree weather running errands I can get by with just a turtleneck. Hope this helps!

I just ordered this coat and am looking forward to receiving it. I want something that will block the wind, while keeping my legs warm. I have heard many good reviews.
