Arc'teryx Phase SV Bottom - Men's

Item #ARC1038 | 131 in Stock
3 Star Rating

Very,very tight fit!

By Ranked #134 - Men's Long Underwear December 14, 2010

I am 5'10, 185 lbs and every single piece of Arcteryx i have is always "L" for tops and "M" for bottoms. That would include Rho AR, LT, Gamma LT and Stingray. However Phase SV in M is extremely tight and constrictive for me. Elastic waist band is only about 2/3" wide, won't stay in place ( constantly rolled up), there is no flat seems. Also this item is placed in heavyweight/SV category which in my opinion is no true, should be mid weight. I found fabric being warm on par with Rho LT and anti odor treatment works the way it should.
This is my first item from Arcteryx which in my opinion is not worth premium $. Also made in China...

After wearing it for ~ 30 times ( winter was long in Alberta), I will stick to my original review. Workmanship, quality and fit is not on par with RHO AR or LT.

Backcountry.com has a great return policy when you order the wrong size... I find the thermal value of my Phase SV is definitely heavyweight, but that's the beauty, the fabric isn't thick and heavy.
