Disappointed with the packing

The bottle seems nice enough - I haven't had a chance to use it as of yet. I literally just received the shipment and had to comment. The packing was not good. When I received the box, you could hear the bottles hitting each other. Obviously, when I opened up the box, they were all scratched up from beating around on each other while in the box. There was one air bag in the box which did no good. They really need to pacakge these bottles better when shipping. I know eventually the bottles will get scratched, but didn't expect them to look like they have been used when I recieved them.

I ordered two before the holidays, and they were similarly packaged, and had small dents. I think BackCountry has taken these comments into consideration, because I ordered two more a couple of weeks ago, and they arrived with much better packing and dent-free.

yea, just got three of these in myself, the white one is scratched up and the other two dented. my package had no protective packaging whatsoever, and all three of the mouths seem a little off; but hey, the price is right.

I got one of these also. It came with a dent in it. :( not gonna ship it back cause of a dent, but cmon.
