I'm pretty happy with these pants. I just bought two new pairs to go with two I bought a few years back which are starting to show some signs of use. Size fits about right -- approximately true to the advertized size. The material is very light weight, yet deceptively strong. Crawling through serious briers for days on end will have some impact on the fabric, especially on close inspection, but they don't get so trashed that you cant wear them out and look half-way respectable.
The pros: Super light weight yet strong. They pack easily for trips where weight and bulk matters. They dry amazingly fast. They stand up pretty well to abuse.
The cons: Not really "cons" so much as what these pants are not designed for. They are rugged but light weight. They do not provide much insulation; when you happen to be swimming through briars, you will feel it. While the fabric won't tear, the skin under your pants may not be so lucky. The pockets are all right -- they save weight and bulk by simply having a fabric flap over the cargo pockets instead of a zipper or snaps, but they are probably a little less secure.
