Please and Thank You

Dear North Face,
Thank you for delivering a backpack that meets my climbing needs! Thank you for a tough, versatile pack that's big enough for all my gear, but small enough that I don't get lost looking for my last quick draw. Thank you for a front pocket that keeps me organized, cutting the need for a separate rope bag to keep my rope and other gear safe from the perils of mother nature. Thank you for a stowable hip belt with TOUGH gear loops for my nut tool and spare carabiners (did I mention it keeps me organized?) while easily vanishing to avoid the awkward tangle on the bus or bike ride to the gym. And thank you, THANK YOU for a mesh pocket at the top of the pack that keeps my sandwiches and guide books from getting smashed and soggy! Thank you for deeeeeeeep side pockets that (barely, but securely) hold my 40 oz Klean Kanteen, Zone bars, and extra socks. Thank you for multiple hydration options and clever coloring for quick adjustment of straps and cinches.
Please, continue the good work. Next time, perhaps include an option with a more sturdy frame. I personally like the semi-flexible, removable frame, as it allows for some serious over-stuffing and cuts on unnecessary weight. However, others among us are in need of some additional support on those extended day hikes and technical approaches. Finally, can we get some funkier color options? High-visibility is clutch in the backcountry.
